Because Trump doesn't care about any of it when it's not intertwined with him as a person. When people aren't paying attention to NK, it means the media/leftists aren't paying attention to "Trump on NK" and that's what he cares about. He doesn't care about the underlying policy or outcome.
We need Trump and statues and our institutions and small-l liberal thought to be viewed as one thing that is under attack by the mobs. Most importantly, we need Trump to believe that.
Then he'll start to fight (because at that point it's about him).

Trump was literally at the border yesterday checking on the progress of the wall.
On infrastructure he talks about wanting to do a deal with congress ALL THE TIME. He also announced dozens of infrastructure projects throughout the nation where money is already appropriated for each state via twitter the past week. Look it up.

I agree 100%. Tweeting alone isn’t cutting it. He needs to get on TV in front of the people, issue official press releases and such condemning these assholes and calling them what they are. Call a spade a spade.

We'll never see eye to eye because I view Trump as a tool and you view him as a hero.
I don't care about the EO and I have only mild interest in the border wall. These issues are largely being ignored, which would be fine if they were meaningful (like McConnell and judges), but they probably aren't. Trump, when he doesn't draw fire for those actions, is likely to lose interest.
Trump is only useful to me if he can get reelected and if he can continue to ensnare the left and fight the bigger battles of our time on our behalf. Right now, I don't think he's doing that, and I see him on the sidelines for the most part. You probably care about the wall, so I get you being pleased with the progress. But I think most of the country is rather unconcerned with immigration for the moment, and the battle that is raging is one Trump isn't much of a participant in.

And that’s the problem Gumbo we have to dig to find even the success. It’s never in the news and if it is just for a day.
He’s had accomplishments but he’s been fricked by investigations and the entire DC cesspool and media our to get him.
If he wants to talk about those successes he needs to ducking PREACH on them everyday. Stop sending dumb tweets. Tweet on successes to the point that it’s nauseating to see. But he hardly hits on it. He talks very broadly about issues but never dives into the details ofnhisnsuccessses when he should.

I listened to his speech in Arizona yesterday and it fired me up! He mentioned almost EVERY campaign promise and what he accomplished. Granted it was only carried on Fox. But that is who he needs to fire up. The MSM and Dems will not carry his remarks and did not in 2016. Continue with rallies President Trump!!

IMO Trump cant do anything because the Dims and media have essentially cut off his hands. If he does a speech from the Oval Office denouncing the rioters and that it needs to end the public will expect him to end it. If he demands the FBI to investigate and prosecute they will just stonewall. If he orders the NG to end it across the board the Dims will just say no thanks. Its better for him to wit things out and pray then to show the American public he has no control over the government and has become powerless.
