In this area I don't really make arguments as much as give analysis.
Since that analysis doesn't mesh with biased echo chamber content creators promoting NPC programming, it's interpreted by dullards as arguing the other side (as they're NPCs and have specific programing and a very limited ability to see the big picture).
Understanding that paradigm is basically an IQ test on here.

Definitions of various terms. In this specific instance, "lawfare".
How about "evidence" ?? still waiting the working definition is for normal conversation.

Perfect example of a dishonest broker doubling down when proven wrong, by trying to impute a malleable definition of a term.

Lawfare: The use of prosecution to gain a
political advantage over a criminal defendant and/or to bankrupt or smear said defendant.

So literally any prosecution of any person ever tangentially associated with politics. Got it.
And not civil suits, right?

Proving my point in real time
Most people were not required to refrain from or limit activities outside their home
Note their example: dining out and attending large gatherings. Neither were limited at that time.
Cancelling a parade does not fit in, therefore, not a lockdown.
Now, proceed to look like the zealot of hyperbolic dishonesty and refuse to address these simple facts and post pictures to avoid being embarrassed again.
It's your thing.
