To anyone saying that they are all criminals, well you are wrong. Most of them were awaiting trail. So much for innocent until proven guilty or that pesky cruel and unusual thingy in the constitution
And if he was doing his job why did he not investigate rape and sexual abuse? Just marking cases as solved when they were still active?
