What will hurt Trump the most is not getting the wall and not coming up with a new healthcare plan. Nothing significant will pass in the next two years with Democrats controlling the House. Trump not getting two of his biggest campaign promises will hurt him in 2020. He should still be able to beat Biden but not by as much as Hillary.
