I'm pro-marijuana if that's even considered a liberal position anymore.

Libertarianism = Social liberalism. It's not very difficult
Not remotely that simple, except for those who try to shoehorn every ideology into a binary worldview.

To be honest, I’m basically an old school liberal- I personally would refer to it as common sense liberal- who just doesn’t like the direction of these socialist ideas and identity politics. Add to that that the dems completely turned me off with their know it all attitude and shady ways of the dnc.

I didn’t really care much about gay people getting married as long as it’s not in the Church

This infuriates my mother

Legalize drugs. Just don't ask for money when you ruin your life with the hard stuff.

Let stoners be pot heads. Who cares?

Social liberalism.

You realize that the fundamental belief of social liberalism is that government should play an integral role in addressing social issues, right? That is pretty much the opposite of libertarianism.

Women should be able to have abortions if they want ... I just don't want tax dollars paying for them.

I also believe in offering a helping hand, I just don't want our social welfare program abused.

Very well said. I change my official answer to this.

I wouldn't say I'm "VERY" pro choice, but this is mine as well. I understand where both sides are coming from, but just don't care enough about which way the law goes to fight for/against anything.

Nah I’m for it. This world has far, far, far too many people on it already. No use adding more, especially by people who can ill afford it to begin with. Also I don’t believe an embryo is an actual human "being" and from a morality perspective I have no quarrel with it. We need to subsidize abortion throughout not just the us but the whole damned planet and try to drive those population figures down. Be the cancer that steps up and corrects itself.

I’m very liberal in that I think only consumption should be taxed.

Then people can decide when they want to pay taxes.

I’m also liberal in that I believe that you should get to spend or save money as you see fit.

I’m extremely liberal in that I believe you should be judged by you actions.

Damn right he's not. And since he's gonna be a bitch who wants to infringe upon my Constitutional rights, and just because I fricking can, I'm buying myself a .50 cal Desert Eagle for Christmas.
