I honestly have never understood the divisive complain, other than the fact that he happened to be black. Although
he spoke out about police violence against black people in certain situations, he also acknowledged the problem of crime by young back males and spoke to it. Some whites had their minds made up before he was sworn in.
Others objected to any praise he received as being too much. His actual policies, other than his healthcare act, were not extraordinary compared to most past presidents…

Obama winning the presidency should have been the end of the US is racist bullshite. Rather, he used the office to fan the flames.
Healthcare was MUCH more affordable before Obamacare.
He obviously weaponized the Federal government against Republicans.
I voted for the guy the first time. Turned out to be a total piece of shite and the last time I'll ever vote for a Democrat.

You mean the Kenyan who was as divisive as he could be, and gave unbelievable amounts of money to terrorist in the middle of the night, that he took from you as a taxpayer.... and his wife, or i'm sorry, his husband who openly hated America.
You mean that illegitimate President?

Here is a Time story about his beer summit:
Obama was touted as the person who would end the race divide. This is the point where it became obvious the opposite was true and his goal was to divide the country. He took the side against a white law enforcement officer and was for the black law breaker. He cherry picked the crime he would use, the law breaker was a black Harvard professor.
This was early in his first term so the memory of first lady(?) Moochelle saying upon Baraks election, "this is the first time I have been proud of my country", was fresh in everyone's memory.
The list of mentors and important people in his life represent the antithesis of traditional American values.
Obama wanted to fundamentally change our country in the direction of communism. While everyone assumed he was talking about bringing the country to end the racial divide. Obama fairly earned one of his nicknames,
"The divider in chief".

The July 16, 2009, arrest of black Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. by a white police officer caused such an uproar that the nation turned to its Healer in Chief to bridge the racial divide. Or not really. When the President was asked his opinion on the matter during a press conference a few days later, he remarked that he thought the Cambridge, Mass., police department had acted "stupidly." The apparent side-taking — Obama later backtracked, explaining that he didn't mean to imply that the arresting officer, Sergeant James Crowley, was stupid, just that the entire situation was — coupled with questions over why the leader of the free world should be compelled to mediate a minor local law-enforcement issue, filled the empty late-summer airwaves with anti-Obama rhetoric.

His father, Barack Sr., was a socialist/communist, as was Lolo Soetero, the president's stepfather. The president's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was a self-described atheist and socialist, as were her father and mother, the grandparents who raised Barack. With a family history of leftist political thought and action, is it any wonder Obama is a radical leftist?

He was like mamdani, good making a speech and in favorable interview scenarios. He was the one to bring the insanity of critical theory based policies out of the sewer of leftist academia and implemented them in government. His presidency brought out and emboldened all the crazy fringe leftists and we are reaping the results to this day. He also destroyed the health insurance market, was a disastrously weak president on the international stage.

Can someone give me a general summary? I haven't been into politics for very long, but some folks I work with claim Obama was the epitome of class and decency. I know he was the most divisive president in US history, but what else?
You post this OP and run?
If you're being honest, what was the real purpose of your OP?
Do you consider yourself any of the following.
1) A Democratic Socialist?
2) A Cultural Marxist?
3) A Socialist?
4) A Conservative?
5) A Communist?
6) America First/MAGA?
7) Old school Democrat/liberal?
8) Libertarian/uncommitted Democrat?
As a follow up, did you vote for Obama?
Did you vote for Trump?
