Murica, frick yeah. Is that it? Thoughtful foreign policy is an anachronism?
Noem has proven herself to be a lightweight attention whore. Can’t take her too seriously..,
You call that a body slam? It wss just more arrogant nonsense fantasy. No reasonable person believes that lie anymore
Trump and MAGA have always been a tool of the corporate financial interests.

I was just having fun at the time, Holmes…
Khoimenei was a horrible person. What a surprise…
I’m just speaking about the point of view of Iranians inside of the country,!given their history. I know those people firsthand. They’re not going to enthusiastically follow a U.S. president who has bombed their country or the descendant of the despot who was the basis of the 1979 revolution. Iranians are not looking at the situation through the same lens you seem to be. It’s easy for us to dispassionately analyze their options from afar, but it’s not realistic. I mean sure, it would be great if the Iranians formed a new western style democracy, but they don’t have sufficient leadership or infrastructure. At this moment. Maybe that will change, but I’m not overly optimistic…

Yeah, putting Iran on our plate along with Iraq would have been a great idea. This isn’t a board game…

Do you know how crazy it sounds for Iranians too follow Trump’s “instructions” or those of Pahlavi(given family history)…
Unfortunately, you may be spot on if the Huckster-Chief continues unabated…

There may be a kernel of truth in your post, but the remedy isn’t a turn to the reactionary Right that, in reality, is controlled by the corporate elite(much of it composed of the energy industry). Populism tends to exploit the people who are sucked into it…

I'm always skeptical of anything this administration says, but I hope they have an attainable endgame in mind and a realistic plan to achieve it.
“”The Prisoner” from the 70’s was a great series. Mysterious and unpredictable. Ahead of its time and a precursor of adventurous series of the 2000’s.
Paramount Skydance is so embroiled in politics that it’s hard to know what it will do.
I watched an old episode of the Honeymooners last night. Norton is offered a job to work at the bus company as Ralph’s supervisor. Great stuff…
And don’t forget rhe original Twilight Zone.

That might be funny except for the fact I support Israel and despise the Iranian thugs…

You’re deflecting. The Iran regime is/was awful. But who knows what’s there in a couple of weeks? And what’s the long term fallout for Americans all over the Middle East and worldwide?

The rhetoric on this board makes for great satire. I’ll give you that…

You’re pretty funny, Deplorable. Trump’s plan?lolol
I doubt Hamas expected immediate victory with Oct. 7. They’re in it for the long haul. They’re not disarmed this point.
The idea of a lasting coalition of Arab states supporting Israel is pretty damned optimistic, if not fantasy. Still, we can hope…
