Trespassing is a big difference. It’s against the law.
But how do you figure they are "trespassing." The restaurant is a public accommodation (making them invitees, legally), and (to my knowledge) neither the owner nor the manager asked them to vacate the premises.
So, please explain how you determine them to be trespassing. You say "against the law," seeming to imply a criminal violation. Please cite something resembling authority.
For reference, the following is the Texas statute on criminal trespass.
