If you think taxing MJ is the answer, look at what Calif has done with their taxing. Instead of just being happy with the sales tax it would generate (albeit somewhat voluntarily reported) they've literally crippled what should have been a cash cow with regulations and bureaucracy.

Biden won’t legalize weed.
The Federal Government is trying to start a civil war so they can kill or arrest the 20 million or so who will fight before they give up their liberty.
Legalized weed does not tear the Country in two so it won’t happen.

At the very least it needs to be reclassified from C1 to something like C4. The evidence of medicinal use can no longer really be disputed. This move would allow any doctor with a DEA number to prescribe it and I’m pretty sure it’s a different class of possession felony than C1s are.
