I don't think mayors being able to refuse a wall in their town really means much.
All of the mid to major cities (San Diego, Yuma, Nogales, El Paso) already have 18-30 foot human barriers.
The government also has a 60 ft easement from El Paso to San Diego, not sure if a mayor has any jurisdiction over that.
Small towns along the Rio Grande in Texas? There may be one or two bought off by the left to obstruct. Big fricking deal.

Hmmm. I remember it falling sharply during the shutdown, then bouncing back when he caved.
Capitulating to Pelosi made him more popular. Go figure.

Maybe he should actually get a bill to look at first.
If it has the last minute shite in it he should veto it
They had 3 god damned weeks, no excuse for that shite

The bill provides 3 times the amount of funding to prevent the Census from asking an "are you a citizen?' question on the census than it does to build a 'fence.'
Hell no - shut the damned thing down - declare a national emergency until the congress returns to sanity

True - put a 10 mile wall on either side of their city limits and then post ICE personell on their Main Street.

So where do things stand with monthly welfare disbursements?
I noticed the line at the bank by the house was a little light on 2/1. Its usually around the block before it opens on days like that. Guess all the stuff they said about the disbursements going out early were true.
Point is, if they did in fact get them early, and wont be getting anymore until 3/1 or after, i wonder how that will play into things.

They'll have to examine this Bill with a microscope. Book it, it's loaded with "landmines", that will undermine any effort by Trump to employ other monies/Laws to build a barrier.
