Maybe not by definition as determined by the SPLC, but seeing what they did to journalist Andy Ngo and other coordinated violent acts, they seem to have a lot of hate which they direct towards anybody with a difference of opinion.
Common sense indicates that they’re a hate group. I believe Ted Cruz is lobbying to designate them as such.
