Right, we just bomb other countries and send in special forces and CIA ops.

Namely because Putin is a brutal dictator who kills people, including innocent women and children, to achieve his political goals.

Do you know how many innocent women and children we killed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other places to achieve our political goals?

Hint: it’s a big number.

I think Trump’s strategy/policy agrees with you. We are trying to get friendly with Russia again because China is the bigger threat.
And I think even Putin knows that. He has more in common with the west.

They have invaded several countries. Chechnya, Georgia and Ukraine twice and Putin wants more. Why do you think that the former Soviet satellite countries clamored to join NATO?

When has NATO done this?

There was like 1 op in the Balkans that wasn't UN approved but every other one had a UNSC resolution (which required Russian support)

And that 1 or 2 bombing op in no way was an "invasion"

Didn’t Putin want to join NATO early on and we told him no? Seems I read that somewhere

Russia couldn't pass the NATO and EU non-corruption requirements. Neither could Ukraine.

Boy oh boy, then this entire forum must be a threat to democracy with the whole 2020 election ordeal.

Seriously, the hypocrisy is strong here.

We love our strongmen, don't we folks? We love us some Xi, Putin and our Don. We have the best strongman in the universe and it's not even close.

At this rate we'll have Jong Un granting the thanksgiving turkey pardon at the White House this year.

I love this new post-modern approach to international relations. And yes, I was calling Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld war criminals back in 2003. Were you?

None of that is relevant to our not cozying up to a murderous dictator such as Putin.

NATO bombed the crap out of Serbia ... for like four straight months or so, as I recall ... in conjunction with the Kosovo brouhaha.

This operation was specifically undertaken WITHOUT sanction from the Security Council, because NATO anticipated that Russia and/or China would veto any resolution to condone a bombing campaign.

We should definitely ally ourselves with Russia. China is the real threat now.

Lord willing, we'll Threepeat soon if we manage to keep Russia on the allies and most importantly of course, somehow on our side in the soon to be inevitable action against China. This thing could get wild. Throw in the Indians, therefore Pakistan for the axis. Could Hopefully Japan and S.Korea pull their weight against N.Koreas making their way into the trilogy finale . China haves their tentacles EVERYWHERE around the world and will be a formidable opponent for the future of this world. And not to mention, just exactly how bad did the IAF really cripple Iran air defense, and Hamas, Of course, Trump needs to be sure and build a coalition of the big dogs on the winning side. Saudi Arabia. Spineless NATO ,China sneaky bastards have a plan no doubt. And have been meticulously implementing iit for years. They'll be ready and it's gonna be a doozy. Of course, I think they obviously take Taiwan when they're ready to kick it off and dare the Allies to get involved repelling the invasion military directly. Trump is here to save this nation. 1 year or more of potato head or Kamala would have literally been the end of the United States of America. We've got a battle ahand, we just need formidable, reliable Allies first and hope the ruskies see it's in their best interest to be the sole Eastern/Asia "superpower" We all know the Chinese have most likely the latest greatest in equipment. Unlike their potential weakened allies. N.Korea, Iran, ,etc. Pakistan, India could be fun, but hope the Pakistan's are a paper tiger too. We have to win the 2028 election and beyond to keep this train rolling down the tracks But, it first starts with Russia with us. And between what Africa is building with Africa, South America. Running the Panama canal by God. We need to just go ahead and hit them with an earth all star team and wipe them out before they make their move.

Based on what I've seen out of our own government since before covid, I'd say the fbi and cia are just as bad if not worse.
