Trump should announce pre-election that any illegal caught voting will be prosecuted and deported. Just that announcement will make illegals wary of their ballots being filled out by some ballot harvester.

which is why Wis. needs to be under federal supervision, just like the 20 southern states were for voting violations in the 60.70.80.90's
