Agreed. Really surprised at how many deals failed in the last couple of days. I really expected to see some other signings in the PL.

Which club would you all rather Lukaku go to West Brom where he is familiar or the stronger club Everton?

Lukaku would continue to improve at West Brom, but what happens with Everton if Baines and Fellaini leave?
