Abou Diaby out 4-6 weeks. Shocking.

Why did Marseille sign this guy?

So Leciester City wanted Cambiasso back but instead he's going to sign with Olympiakos? Strange.

Tottenham have reached an agreement with QPR.....for the transfer of....Grant Hall

quote:

We have reached agreement with Queens Park Rangers for the transfer of Grant Hall.

The centre-back joined us from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2012 and captained our Under-21 side in 2012-13.

He made 34 appearances on loan at League One side Swindon Town the following season and spent further time on loan in the Championship last term, playing nine matches for Birmingham City and latterly appearing 12 times for Blackpool, scoring once.

We wish Grant all the best for the future.

Kevin Mirallas signed an extension. Apparently the West Ham rumors were BS.

Looks like Spurs and Everton will be competing for Keisuke Honda. He's asked out of Milan.

Louis van Gaal claims Real Madrid are refusing to offer a realistic fee for unsettled Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea.

United begin their Premier League campaign at home to Tottenham on Saturday but De Gea has been left out of the squad because he has been unsettled by talk of a move to Madrid, according to Van Gaal.

When asked if Real Madrid had matched their valuation of De Gea, Van Gaal said: "No, I don't think so.

What does that even mean and why is it important enough to miss the opener?

You don't want someone between the pipes if their mentality isn't fully on their current team. It makes sense, but only if De Gea has shown signs of that being the case. Otherwise it's fricking stupid.
