OP updated by the way. Jack, that was a huge help to everyone by putting a draft tracker in the thread.
The Premier League site hid the watch list feature on the player profile. You need to scroll down and then find it.

It is really awful. The old format was clean. The Premier League did a dreadful job with their design.

Yea too much flash, simple is better when you're trying to sort stats etc. they got too fancy
