Too early for a possible handcuff?

Reading through the previous thread.
The reason I stopped after one season is that I work as a tax preparer and get really busy during the second half of the season and I didn't feel like I was giving my fantasy team the attention that everyone else in the league deserved. But thanks for the nice words. I hope y'all have a fun season.

GMorgan was always a great participant, but he changed his username or something. No idea who he is now.

With their 8th pick in the 2017 draft Roque's Stache and the Dodgy Flappers select:
Danny Rose, Def, Spurs
Will miss the start of the season but is one of the better fantasy defenders when healthy. Welcome aboard, Danny

Thanks bud. The league is going strong, and it is full of engaged, active owners.
If you ever want back in, then let me know. You certainly have the resume.

Considering his comments about Everton, we'll welcome Shkodran Mustafi with open arms.

Lots of swirling uncertainty with this one, but.....

Iheanacho already had his medical at Leicester. Should be unveiled tomorrow or Friday. Great pick!
Yeah, that's why I grabbed him now. I figured he wouldn't last long after an announcement was made.

The Managers of DKU have decided they need a little arsehole in the squad to offset some of the niceness. Nothing says arsehole like a teammate who will satisfy your ugly girlfriend, if for no other reason (certainly not her looks) than because he can.
Is there anyone available who feels like they can be such an arsehole?
Thanks for volunteering!
The 8th round selection of DKU is:
Thibault Cortois - GK - Chelski

The Chuck Blazer Memorial All-Stars take Matt Phillips, midfielder, West Bromwich Albion. I mean, what else does West Brom really have? He was a 115-point player in just over 2,100 minutes last season. Stay healthy, please.

Jan Vertonghen, DF, shite
Boring James Milner, DF, Mug Smashers

The Chuck Blazer All-Stars will continue to take some educated risks on lower-tier midfielders by welcoming Anthony Knockaert, midfielder, Brighton & Hove Albion to the club.
He had 15 goals and 9 assists in tGOATpionship last season, so those numbers should skyrocket in a lesser-quality league. Everton thought about signing him at one point, which shows he has some quality to him.

With their 9th round selection, there are no fancy write-ups or gifs, only the hard nosed workmanship of an underappreciated striker.
DKU select - Same Vokes - FWD - Burnley

Let's hope D-Studge can stay healthy and be a regular in this side. Would be a huge for the Flappers.
This is also the 2nd Daniel/Danny we have selected in a row. If only Danny Graham were still in the Prem he would most certainly be next

Yep... someone in Liverpool thread said it best. "Doesn't that sum up his career perfectly", a class finish and injured in the process.
