My ex was Turkish. And I mean didn’t come to States until 18 for college. My girlfriend now only left Iran at 27; lived in the Netherlands for 2 years and has now been in SC for 3 years.

Bruh, that's the actually rule, not just FM. I'm not familiar with Sheriffs roster but if they don't meet the stipulations they have to leave roster spots open from the 25 (excluding under 21 players).
