Don't get me wrong, Courtois was legendary with his saves. But I just can't believe it's all being snakebit.
Real Madrid are European champions again, and they were outplayed for the majority of every knockout round. They even lost to Sheriff last fall.
But they have a world class manager who knows when to push the right buttons at the right time, and his players consistently deliver. He also did this at Milan. And PSG, Bayern, and Chelsea in league play.
I don't believe in snakebit when it becomes a trend with the same manager.

I read some fans were tear gassed outside the stadium. Got me thinking we don’t have some of these issues in the states. Yes we have some issues for sporting events and fights. But a lot of big games seem to have something pop off or some big issue getting into the games over there. Fans complaining about transport or just getting there if it’s in another country.
That’s one aspect of American sports I’m glad we don’t deal with. Well except Philly, but they are trash.

Remember, while Pep continues to spend to try and keep his hold on England, Nottingham Forest still has more Champions League titles than City.

Thats because there is a giant ocean insulating us from the pure trash that are Liverpool supporters. To God be the glory
