The World Cup coverage in the UK is shared by the BBC and ITV. Sky doesn't have rights to any of the World Cup over there. Murdoch should have brought over the likes of Martin Tyler and some of their other top announcers to do these games.

I actually think he's the best announcer Fox has after Derek Rae. Of course the other announcers are so terrible that it might be clouding my judgment.
