It's kind of ironic that he's exposing extortionists when many people will claim Trump is trying to extort countries with his continual threats and tariffs.

One man's extortion is another's negotiation
Another way to look at it is Jon Rahm is likely a +5/6 at any normal course and shot a 78 on Thursday. I think people forget pros aren't scratch they are + handicaps.

If a top 5 golfer - who was in decent form - shoots 6 over why would anybody think nonpros are beating double digits over par.
They tried they failed

They also have no air force (circa 36 aircraft) so we would once again push their shite in in the air and win comfortably
You'd fricking answer the question when asked and move on with your day praying to get an offer. But, good job trying to be the big man on the interwebs

Don't agree on the flip side of this that politics should stay out of religion?

Probably the most natural thing in modern world for a Pope to call for wars to end. Impossible to act as if world leaders can pretend things aren't happening.
Personnally I enjoyed watching my local cathedral be chosen for the BBC Easter service before watching the Popes Easter service.

Very Islam centric weekend in the UK today.
More than the countries national politicians will admit

Less than people in this thread will think

Everywhere just adapts, there was a big US Air Force presence near where I grew up, my parents were thankful for the cheap housing when the base closed

Farages voting base is predominantly the 55+ age range, why an earth would be torpedo his voting base?

Any politician who votes against the triple lock is committing political suicide. Farage will know that.

I would think the ridiculous pricing is making them do the exact opposite, 99% of tickets will not go for face value before the game I suspect.

Can someone explain why a kid would develop better in college than in the minor leagues?
No messing about "in school", no practice restrictions etc.

Classic start to an anti-Trump post.

Blindly following a political leader with no room for criticism is a classic democrat trait
I defend Trump a lot but this war is definitely showing him in a bad light.

I think he's thought this would be like a business deal, lots of pressure and Iran would buckle immediately, but ideological fantasists don't just buckle. It is their sole purpose and when you rule with an iron fist you can't blink so they won't. This hissy fits over NATO assistance is a bad look too. NATO is a defence pact, the US struck first and NATO countries have been burned after blindly following into Iraq.

I don't recall the states putting boots on the ground when Argentina invaded British land.

However he is right, the UK should get their own oil, by drilling the North Sea more
Insane but understandable they don't attribute any viewership increase to gambling.

I wouldn't be considered in the US figures but I probably watch 5 games a week because I gamble on them. That's a +5 views a week vs last year

Ukraine and Iran are not the same situation regardless of what anybody in any administration may try and claim.

What does that look like?

The biggest thing following this is who takes charge afterwards, I may have missed it but I've no idea what the preferential outcome is.

Let's say they have an election, who's standing and what are their stances? Simply being anti IRGC does not guarantee good leadership
I have a child and will shortly be trying for number 2, however everyone who is saying "who's going to look after you when you are old" is miles off it in my opinion.

Having children does not mean you should not plan for your old age and make provisions for it, it is not solely your kids responsibility to look free you in old age. The last thing I (we) want to be is be in our 80s and be a burden. Realistically at that point our grandchildren will be going to college and our kids focus needs to be on them not looking after us.

Nobody should have kids so they can look after you, be an adult and plan to look after yourself.

My point is they shouldn't have to. They should be full time referees
