Favorites to win the WC? Underdogs? Long shots?

Casual fan here who enjoys the World Cup. Who are the favorites, handful or so, to win it all this year? Any solid and steady teams that can also make a push? What about a few long shots?

Spain is the favorite and France is a close second. Absurd talent on both teams.
Argentina, Brazil, Netherlands, Germany, England and Portugal are all good enough to win it. Slightly longer shots with a chance to make noise are Uruguay and Colombia.
There are other solid teams obviously. No one outside of Europe and South America has any real chance to win it.
