You guys think Hazard stopped rolling yet, from that first-half penalty?

Not lost. My husband has been watching the matches in our living room all day. Since my married last name is German...GO GERMANY (or at the very least...frick MEXICO)

Just bought us tickets to Manchester United's match in PHX next month.

And Messi missed a penalty. Even the greats have mishaps every now and then. He stepped up when it counted; that’s all that matters in the end.

it was a poor tactical decision.

So was the decision to not be more aggressive and possess the ball more with a 1-man advantage.

Yeah it was. There are things you could do to counteract that; bring on another midfielder to outnumber the German midfield, or bring on another defender to commit to defending, or bring on a ballcarrier who can carry the ball out of defense, or have a striker take up wide positions so that he's always available for an outlet. Sweden came out in the 2nd half on their heels though, and it's hard to break out of that mindset in the middle of the half. Germany were there for the taking and a proactive attack that takes advantage of the fact that German CB's were playing 10 yards inside the Swedish half would have probably led to more Swedish chances.

He probably has a massive bush too. He needs Shaqiri's midget.

I've been to two US vs Mexico friendly matches in PHX.

I stand by my frick MEXICO stance...at least when it comes to soccer teams.

MOST.OBNOXIOUS.FANS.EVER.

They were celebrating a tie (on a friendly match) like they won the World Cup in the stadium parking lot after the match. Yelling "MEXICO" over and over. Blaring annoying arse Mexican circus music from their cars while we were stuck in the parking lot traffic crawl. I was fully expecting random chickens to start running in front of our car.

What happens if:

Germany 6 +2
Sweden 6 +1
Mexico 6 +1

Sweden advance on h2h?

Or..
Germany 6 +1
Sweden 6 + 1
Mexico 6 +1

In the latter I think the tiebreaker would be goals scored in all matches. I have no idea though.

Here are some of the tiebreakers. LINK

It’s really simple...

Germany 2 - Lesser Korea 0
Sweden 2 - Homophobic homophobes 0

Auf gehts!!!
