It doesn't have to be intentional. His arm wasn't in a natural position and he blocked a fricking shot. It's hard to think of a more obvious penalty than that

you have pick and choose your periods of the match to do it

Again disagree. The Argentina defenders arm was natural. Piques clearly wasn't.
When you jump you don't have to jump like a toothpick. But you cant point them straight to the sky either like pique did.
They are simply not the same situation.

Anyone saying press the shite outta them has never played an actual game & tried to do that to a ball possessive team. You will crumble in no time. Idc how good or fit you are. I watched Barca beat Madrid 5-0 & 6-2 with that "press the shite outta them" tactic a few years ago.

Pique intentionally stuck his arm up higher after the ball passed over his head. Clear penalty. Could have been sent off.
