The other I was reading about is Ugarte from Uruguay who is currently at PSG and plays DMF.

Yep Ugarte is another big target. Apparently we have put in another bid for Branthwaite but Everton are holding out for 70M...I guess we will see if the INEOS crew are better negotiators than the previous lot.

Leny Yoro is another name being thrown around, 18 year old Frenchman who plays for Lilles in France as CB.

Agreed. Obviously we need depth but pairing de Ligt and Martinez together to me means we should prioritize midfield instead of breaking the budget over Branthwaite.

For me, it should be de Ligt or Branthwaite and then a younger, cheaper option like Yoro.
