I am glad to have him.. glad we paid the fee to get it done... It's good to see the quality of player that wants to come play for us w/Klopp now...

Yeah, I would be happy if I were a Liverpool supporter. Club did what they had to, to get their man.

He probably isn’t worth the price tag, but you guys needed the help at the back and got it done. Can’t blame that at all.

OTH teams have paid what was needed for a player they truly want and need. City had ZERO fullbacks on the roster. They went out and bought young, good, high-potential players, price be damned. You're out of your skull if you think United wouldn't do the same

Because it makes zero sense.

You essentially said, "we evaluate players and decide how much we'll pay" while talking shite about City doing the exact same thing. When has Pep made a transfer like a Perisic?

On form (before injury last season), he was one of the top CBs (arguably top) in the EPL... I am assuming his current form is down to coming back from injury, no pre-season and not wanting to be there... Anyway, he alone won't fix all the defensive issues, but its a start..

It makes perfect sense

City get who they want bc at the end of the day they have no limits

United despite bringing in so much revenue still have to spend with in the clubs limits. So if one player doesn’t fit into what is allocated in the budget then it won’t happen.

That and because he wanted to be a guaranteed first team player. Don’t blame him at all.

Scared money don't make no money.

I want United and all their rivals to spend as much as they can. I want to watch the best possible players and the best possible teams play against each other. I like how several teams in the Premier League have legit chances to win it all each year because they spend out of their gourds. I just wish all that money would actually turn into better soccer.

And I just want United to make the best buys. (Which hasn't happened much recently.)
