So, my plans of enjoying the start of the season this morning got thrown out of the window when I had to help fill sandbags for some family members. This flooding is crazy. What all did I miss today?

I wouldn't say every team sucks either, it's just that the spacing and passing patterns in general are so poor, especially post-2014.

I challenge everyone to try to watch a few Serie A games, a few La Liga games, a few Bundesliga games and then go back and watch the Premier League. The tactical difference is easy to spot. The British are like a full tactical cycle behind every other country. For example, the entire Bundesliga employed a 4-2-3-1 before the Premier League picked it up.
