From what I've seen, the level of play in the league is pretty poor again. It will be down to Man City and Man U I think, as those teams have the best positioning, other than Chelsea, who will struggle because they didn't buy anyone.

I'd be worried about Spurs if they make some moves late in the window, just because Poch is such a good manager and has had them playing well.
But no moves and having to play at Wembley makes me think it could be a tough one for them.
