I have no problem with either of the overturned goals. I didn’t quite understand the announcer when he said the overturned calls would cause “consternation”. If VAR makes the appropriate call, then I neither see a problem nor do I understand “consternation”.
It’s only when VAR *ignores* clear error or when they invent shite (“armpit” offsides) that I have a problem with VAR. Liverpool didn’t deserve either of the disallowed goals IMO and that’s perfectly fair.

Just sort of consistently impressed with how good Fred has been this year. He's got to be in the running for the prestigious United's player of the season in games I've watched.
