Bailly and Lindelof were what, both like £30 mil? Probably a reason for that. Still have kept the two aging fullbacks as well. At least Shaw has somewhat turned it around.

Wasn’t he wanting Boateng? I thought the primary reason the board said no was because it was going to be like £50 mil for someone who was close to 30-years-old. If that was the case I think that’s a valid reason for the board to reject.
