I’m shocked it took them this long to fire Petke. Probably had to get lawyers involved to substantiate the cause to terminate. Not only he said homophobic slurs to the refs face, but apparently he wrote it on a sign and delivered it to the ref room.

This is rich. I know the guy trying to salvage his future anyway he can, but to say that is misinterpreted is so heads up your arse that future employers are going to walk farther away from him in the short term.
