MLS and Liga MX have had talks to potentially combine the two leagues

Would be pointless unless this ensures MLS sides ditch the salary cap and get a substantial cut of the LigaMX massive tv contract.

Yes and no.
We can either get buried by Liga MX and it could set soccer in this country back big time, or we could cultivate the same resources and support that Liga MX teams already have and it could be the shot in the arm soccer in this country needs.
Probably a better chance that the former happens, but you never know.

So would Liga MX take part in MLS draft? If so those college kids will LOVE being drafted by a Mexican team so they can go live there

I doubt many teams would be drafting in the super draft
When their academy players are way better.
