I was discussing why we see this so much in MLS and not as much in Europe the other day with a club coach, and we come up with this.

I haven’t seen those at FCD games, and honestly not even at the few Austin games I’ve been to. Maybe the (small section of) ultras care, but the majority of families or rando fans probably couldn’t care less.

at this point, i'm ok with just banning all large signs, flags and tifos from stadiums since this lot can't seem to help themselves. they just obstruct the view of others in the stadium anyways.
