Well, we have had our chances. This one really could just as easily be 2-2. Clarence's header was off, Donovan and Dempsey both had a couple of good shots.

Dominating the run of play implies creating some chances. Not just controlling possession when the other team is fine with you controlling possession. They've had obviously far better chances. We were a bit lucky not to give up a goal in the first ten minutes off of one of their crosses.

We're spending too much time blaming the ref and not enough time blaming ourselves for playing like absolute shite. He called a penalty, so what? It was a penalty. Jones didn't deserve a card but that doesn't mean it was a horrible call to give them a free kick.

We've had two real chances, one long shot from Dempsey which the goalie had covered the whole way, and Dempsey's volley which went wide, that's it.
That's not much.
They've had three great chances, and scored one. We had one good chance, one half-chance at best and haven't scored. They deserve to be ahead without a question.
