I hate soccer playing hispanics because I grew up playing against them. I can discuss soccer just fine.

I hate to be the sky is falling ranter, but I am getting really tired of this rollercoaster against teams we should beat 9/10 times. We know what this team is capable of by now. When they are fired up they can beat teams out of our league, but most of the time we are lethargic and lucky to come from behind against countries the size of Delaware. I never expected Bob to polish this turd into a diamond, but by now there needs to be some consistent product. Klejstan, bedoya, wando, et al are not international caliber.
How has bob improved the state of US soccer since bruce? We are the same caliber of team, same MO. At least then we had some fricking leadership from a player perspective.

earlier today I told someone that I thought there was a good shot that we'd lose today because we struggle so much imposing ourselves even on the worst teams.

We lost because of two stupid mistakes and missing a sitter from the 6. We had no intensity and when you're lax you get scored on.

I don't think that was the case a few years ago. The US used to dominate ball possession against the lesser CONCACAF teams. You could say we did that today as well, but when we gave up the ball, there were some catastrophic errors.
The defense was truly awful today. They made 2-3 legit stops all day. The rest of the time, Panama just couldn't convert.

I don't think there is anything racist about hating mexican soccer and or hating mexicans playing soccer.

Well we have no one who can create behind strikers. That's our biggest problem offensively. Even Canada should have been just 1-0 if not for egregious keeping.

I say you keep the same 2 center backs, but Boca needs to find the bench. Let Bornstein start (teardrops). Maybe start Kljestan for Jones and Bedoya for Agudelo.

Chandler would have been so useful here. The central defenders are terrible. If Ream and Goodsen is the best we have, that is unbelievably bad. The power outage prevented me from watching the Spain game, and I don't follow the Dutch league, but has Onyewu totally lost it?
