I tried last years demo and it seemed cool, but as someone whos played fifa since '10 its just hard to make a change, even if im constantly disappointed in fifa.
Maybe this is the year i make a switch, but im more likely to just sit this cycle out.

No, I don't give a shite about FUT, career mode, story mode. I pretty much only play games if there is online competition. So I mostly play online seasons and sometimes dabble with Pro Clubs. Is online multiplayer any good for PES?

Online seasons is the same. No pro clubs tho but fifa has neglected that mode for years

I've been a die hard FIFA guy since the PS2 days, but EA has been lazy ever since they hit paydirt with Ultimate Team.
I'm tired of getting minimal updates in Career mode, and lazy gameplay, so I'm finally giving PES a try this year.

Downloaded the demo because of this thread. The gameplay is a nice change of pace but there’s one glaring problem with the game, the camera angles suck arse. The wide one is too wide and the dynamic cam (the default one comparable to the default one in FIFA) zooms in and out way too much

u can customize the camera angle on 2018 but i havent messed with it on 2019. or it might not let you in the demo

One good thing FIFA has done is make the sport more popular.
People recognize teams and players from playing. Won't get that with a game without licenses.
