yeah this is bizarro robben toda
1. he's passing the ball
2. he missed a 1-on-1 situation
3. he didn't fall when he could have
4. he's tracking back on defense
yet
he did get a yellow for telling the ref to frick off, so maybe i'm wrong

Wouldn't have deserved a card either, despite what others say, but would've been the smart time to flop/dive.
Here's an idea - why not let him continue to play and then CALL THE FOUL AFTER THE RUN IS OVER?
Soccer is so retarded.

wtf is robben doing out there, you can't dribble through 3 people

Sorry he had his arm wrapped completely around him. Especially with the way the ref has been handing out yellows, it should have been a yellow.

Come on Dutchmen, end this scoreless marathon!

LOOK AT THE SPANISH CRYING

He wasn't really fouled, that's why. The ref has been calling advantage all game. Puyol almost really fouled him, but missed.
He was even when the play/foul supposedly happened and there were two defenders there. it wasn't a one on one situation.

Robben has been surprisingly not floppy today. That was a great display of flopping by Spain right there. Perhaps they should have concentrated on the still live play instead of appealing for the PK.

No, the ref blew the whistle on the most blatant advantage of the match. Spain was in the middle of a break and the fricker blew it to give the yellow card on the cleat to the chest.
The officiating in this tournament is so awful that it makes me want to vomit.

pisses me off to no end. it's like they'd rather the ref gift them a chance than create and make one for themselves

ANOTHER great display of goalkeeping

I really do not want to see a second straight WC decided in PKs.
