Uruguay and South Korea both win, who advances?

Uruguay and South Korea likely both end up with 4 points. While South Korea has more total goals, they have identity goal differential and tied in their head to head matchup. What other tie-breakers are there?

Right now it’s Korea. If Uruguay scores again, they advance.

This is fricking terrible if so, wtf? Why not total goals scored or least allowed? Or something else? Wtf does yellow cards have to do with fricking winning and losing?
