Kinda hilarious how Uruguay refuses to play Darwin Nunez up front.

I think it would fix a lot of their issues.

They have some geriatrics out there in Suarez, Cavani, and add Godin in defense.

Fede Valverde has been invisible out there as well

I like it also, but it's not consistent. Just remove arms in a natural position, and if the ball makes contact with the arm/hand outside the width of the body, call it.

Then he should've been sent off.

Ref contradicted himself by giving the penalty but no card in this scenario. Thereby pretty much admitting that the defender did nothing wrong but gave the penalty because it looked bad on a freezed frame.
