We don't know yet.

46 teams though, so it wouldn't be surprising to see all three get one.

We will have six spots once the field increases. So three will get in through whatever version they replace the hex with.

ETA: Now I'm curious what they do for qualifying? Just a normal hex with three new teams somehow qualifying? I guess that would be the easiest.

they let south korea and japan both get auto bids when they co hosted.
