I'm really not trying to be a dick, but from here on when quoting someone using a different language, can the poster include a translation? SCH, you have said that using the downvote essentially removes conversation. Including a translation would get everyone on the same page from the start and would most likely get more responses. I just mention this because Dandy posted something the other day and then questioned why he got downvotes.

My bad but the back end of that sentence is pretty basic Spanish.

I can read Spanish decently (but can't speak it well at all), so it was an easy translation for me to provide.

I read and can understand it pretty good. But speaking it I've always been ok at it.
So you could speak to me in Spanish and I understand it but me speaking it back is 50/50
Moving over here made my Spanish worse because I don't get to practice it like I used to back home.

Is Arbeloa even relevant?

Right right right. I can understand a decent amount of the stuff Spanish speakers who are around me say, but I can't really engage with it.
It makes the down time in the ESL class I teach really interesting.

I can pick out quite a few words when it's written, but I can't understand anything if it's spoken.

On a scale of 1 to wearing a Cheryshev jersey, that was a 4. Not his best work

Well this is America. If you don't like spaghetti and meatballs you can get the hell out.
But yeah posting an entire quote in another language is pretty pointless.

As to the comment itself...meh
Let's be real..... Deschamps wanted and needed Benzema on this team... The blackmail thing hurt. I don't think the French manager was given the option to include him. It seems as though Arbeloa is suggesting that Benz didn't bring this on himself.
