I've been using this one for quite some time. I travel the world for work and it holds up very well. I wanted something relatively low profile, and this serves the purpose while still being surprisingly spacious. I've got the graphite and I think it captures the look you are going for.

I use a Tom Bihn Synapse, but I wouldn't use it much for work (other than work travel).

If I were buying right now I'd also consider Peak Designs.
