there are people that keep up with new tech and people that just care about whats out now.

That's about the dumbest thing I've read in a long time. What are we supposed to do, close our eyes and imagine we are watching something we are "keeping up with"?

And WTF has a watch got to do with a 65 inch screen?

and "could be 2021" means could not be 2021.

You're just too horse shaded to admit sitting on inferior tech makes any sense.

The way I read Samsung's ads for Micro it sounds like they are trying to address all the advantages they know OLED has over their current QLED.

So I'll happily revel in the best tech out there now waiting for the next best tech to come along at a reasonable price.

When that's Microled fine with me, though I doubt LG is just gonna sit on its Azz for long and let it get passed by.

Besides when MicroLEd comes down in price I'll just buy one.

Only the poor buy sets they are married to for 10 years.

LG has already shown off multiple MicroLED sets including an 8K one, as has Sony.

Everyone will be switching to it, read up on it and you'll understand why. Or don't, because as I said, some people only care about the now and not the future.

You’re right, and most people aren’t interested in spending $4-5k on a tv either. So why do you care that those people aren’t reading up on new tech that may be available in the next year or so that they’re not gonna pay for anyway?

I wouldn't say that, OLED equivalent 75" is $4,999 and that is years into the tech.
