Just because it makes more sense at this point to make a MS/Mac client instead of Deb/RPM clients doesn't mean they wouldn't work.

I haven't run one in 8 years I've been on Macs, and I don't know a single Mac user that does.

Yeah right. That's why millions and millions of Macs the world over are infested with "hidden" viruses and trojan horses.. but no one has ever noticed.
