Your Organization Requires You to Change Your Pin

I am tired of changing my pin to my microsoft surface every month despite the fact I havent been part of the organization for going on 5 years now.
I have gone to settings- account- info and it says I am not able to change the home organization. How I do get past this.

It's not corporate. I bought it myself and used supplied Microsoft Office as part of school curriculum on it for a year or two. That was years ago.
