Atlantis Nassau for 4 or so hours

We are going on a cuise out of Miami at the end of the month (yeah we are trashy, it's ok lol) and as we have done Nassau several times, we decided to splurge and do the excursion to Atlantis.
It includes Aquaventure and the aquarium area. It's called the Atlantis Aquaventure Day Pass.
What are some of the can't miss rides and attractions here? My kids are 15 and 12. Also, I'm guessing food and drink is stupid expensive, but any good choices?
I'm thinking we will be on property around 4 hours or so, after dicounting travel time.

I’m going to Atlantis/aquaventure in early July. There are some really good YouTube videos on it that breakdown all the rides and review them. I’ve never been but it looks like a lot of fun.
