Flight Change for COVID Credit Booked Flight

So like many I had booked flights back in the spring (through chase ultimate rewards) that were ultimately cancelled and was given a credit which was through American Airlines. About a month ago I used two of those credits to book a trip in April but with these new and possible more international travel restrictions I am wondering how it works changing flights to a different location. Since I used a covid flight credit, can I change the flight with no fee?

you should be able to rebook. I suggest calling to rebook. worked like a charm for us, slower than doing it online but one of the easiest "service" calls I've made
