Need to get there. It's high on my list of places to go eat and do some wine shopping.
Del Mar opens in January on 5th Ave. Owned by Cameron Mitchell who also owns Ocean Prime. It should be very good.

We usually go to portofino because there’s plenty to keep the kids occupied. Do y’all have any recommendations for places similar to portofino?

I like the cocoa beach area. My sister and brother in law moved close to it when he got an offer to work for Blue Origin. Unfortunately when I went to visit this past year, the launch was at like midnight.

Will pop in next time down that way.
OP, the west coast of Florida is littered with beach towns/islands and such. Depending on where coming from can fly into Tampa or RSW rent a car and explore to your hearts content. They are all similar and slightly different in their own unique way.
