From Mandeville, if we don't stop overnight it's almost always right at 11 hours (watch time) door to resort/park.
If we leave at 4 am we won't be there till 3pm.

At first, I misread this thinking you were at 11 hours from Mandeville to Disney, and I'm thinking "Bro, you gotta let a little speed out of your ride..."

I'd suggest getting as close as possible..book it when the kids get tired...have a few options.. like Tallahasse, Lake City or Gainesville.
