On paper you see a ten hour non-stop drive. In reality.... breakfast, lunch, gas, potty breaks, crying I'm tired and want to get out. It gets stretched out way longer than you think.

From Mandeville, if we don't stop overnight it's almost always right at 11 hours (watch time) door to resort/park.

If we leave at 4 am we won't be there till 3pm.

At first, I misread this thinking you were at 11 hours from Mandeville to Disney, and I'm thinking "Bro, you gotta let a little speed out of your ride..." Travel time for me from Destrehan is right around 9.5 when you take the stops out.

I'd suggest getting as close as possible..book it when the kids get tired...have a few options.. like Tallahasse, Lake City or Gainesville.
