Anyone have any experiences flying with them?
We have a trip next weekend DAL-AUS on them and it'll be our first experience with them. They advertise the ability to arrive up to 20 minutes before the flight and seem like they offer a full service even on a short flight.

I see them from time to time at one of the the Dallas FBO’s, so if that’s all they operate out of and not main terminals than I could see them meeting a 20 minute arrival depending on how many passengers can fit on those planes.

I've flown Love to Vegas a few times on it. I like the option, but I don't feel it necessary every time, given that you pay several hundred more dollars to save about an hour of extra hassle each way. Parking outside was easy and I parked, got through check in and walked onto the plane in about 4 minutes total. Very easy dealing with the FBO side of the airports. Flights are usually smooth and drink service is complementary.

They operate in and out of Signature Flight Support in both Dallas an Austin. When I booked it wasn't much different than southwest on the same route. I think it was around $300-350 round trip for a Thursday PM outbound and a Sunday PM return.
Not sure I would alays use it either but I figured for the price I'd give it a shot. Flight times lined up well for what I needed too

Yeah the Austin and Houston prices aren’t bad at all. The LV and Destin prices are frequently $1000-1400 round trip per person, with very limited flight times. Comparable to first class tickets of major airlines, with much more convenient process.
Their LV hangar is pretty bare bones, with no good lounge. I got stuck there waiting out a flight delay for a couple hours with many of the Cowboys players also on the flight. A bit annoying to pay premium and still deal with unannounced delays.

I live about 5-10 minutes from Love so I'm hoping to leave the house as the inbound plane is on final approach. We'll see how well this actually works.
